crissit Inc. (CEO Jongjin Park) is developing AI services for the bio, chemical and cosmetics sectors based on ‘Prism.AI’, an artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration and knowledge platform, and ‘ToxBAI’, a risk assessment solution. Using large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI technology, crissit is building AI services that range from general-purpose work support to applications in specialist industries.
Prism.AI is a platform that supports collaboration and the use of knowledge within a company. ToxBAI, developed jointly with ChemBai Inc., supports the risk assessment work required for alternatives to animal testing and for global regulatory compliance.
The company has recently been working with the Chemical Big Data AI Center, K&A Inc. and ChemBai Inc. It has also brought in Suseon Ahn, head of the Chemical Big Data AI Center, and Sangwook Kwon, senior manager, to drive the related business. Ahn previously led the safety lab at Amorepacific, and Kwon previously held a lead role at the Korea Institute of Aviation Safety Technology.
crissit was also selected for ‘Little Penguin’, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's (KODIT) growth support program for innovative startups.
Jongjin Park, CEO of crissit, said: “Beyond a general-purpose AI platform, we are developing an AI platform tuned to alternatives to animal testing and to the changing global regulatory environment. We will expand services that can be used on the ground in specialist industries, for decision-making, R&D and regulatory compliance.”
crissit was recently named among the companies selected for the ‘2026 Innovative Bio Technology Awards’.
