never used to train AI models.
Questions, answers, and uploaded documents are blocked from model training. Sensitive information that must not be exposed — such as national IDs and contact details — is automatically detected and masked.

Data is stored and processed in domestic regions, so it never leaves the country. It can be installed on your own servers or built to a network-separated environment to meet security requirements.
Access rights and logging scope

Role-based access (RBAC) is separated and integrated with single sign-on (SSO). Which logs to keep is set at the adoption stage, and risky commands are blocked before execution.
Encrypted both at rest
and in transit
Sensitive values are encrypted at the field level, and traffic is protected with TLS 1.3. Even with direct access to storage, encrypted fields cannot be read as plaintext.

Our generative-AI core technology is continuously advanced by a dedicated research organization, and we separately operate an AI Chemical Safety Center.
R&D infrastructure
On a foundation of high-performance GPU infrastructure for technical research, we continuously carry out domain-specific AI model fine-tuning and R&D.
Joint research
When in-depth research is needed, we conduct joint research with core research institutions. We are currently running joint research on safety-prediction models with the Chemical Big Data AI Research Center.
Expert advisory
When specialized validation is needed, we maintain an advisory framework of key personnel including domestic and international professors and practitioners, and jointly review research results and expert domain interpretation.
