crissit Inc., an AI solutions company specializing in the chemical, pharmaceutical and bio sectors, announced on the 7th that it has been selected for ‘Little Penguin’, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's program for nurturing innovative startups.
The program identifies and supports promising startups with proven technology and business viability. On that basis, crissit plans to accelerate the advancement of its core technology and the expansion of its global business.
crissit, which recorded revenue growth of 3,091% within two years of founding, has carried out a series of large public projects including an AI-powered integrated export information platform and safety assessment system work, proving its technical capability and reliability in chemical and bio AI. The company's competitive edge lies in combining chemical and bio domain knowledge with generative AI technology.
‘PrismAI’, an agent-based intelligent AI platform, draws on public-sector implementation experience and is general enough to support intelligent knowledge management and work automation across industry. ‘ToxBAI’, an AI-based toxicity prediction solution, is currently going through OECD validation and has strong potential to grow into a global standard technology.
Jongjin Park, CEO of crissit Inc., said: “Being selected for Little Penguin is official recognition of our domain-specific AI technology and our innovative business model. We will use it to strengthen our R&D capabilities and expand collaboration with leading global companies, further solidifying our competitiveness in the world market.”
Meanwhile, crissit is raising the maturity of its technology through industry-academia cooperation with the Chemical Big Data AI Research Center at the University of Seoul, and is moving into global markets in earnest, expanding the share of overseas revenue through strategic collaboration with global software partners.
