crissit Inc. (CEO Jongjin Park) is expanding its AI business across the public and specialist-industry sectors, built on domain knowledge in specialist fields and its own artificial intelligence (AI) technology. On the strength of technology that lets AI understand and use specialist data, crissit is delivering an AI collaborative knowledge platform and AI work automation, and broadening the foundation for applying AI technology to a wide range of industries and tasks.
crissit has built knowledge management systems based on hybrid retrieval-augmented generation (Hybrid RAG) so that AI can understand, analyze and use the complex data of specialist fields. It also applies retrieval and reasoning methods matched to the characteristics of the data and the purpose of the work. Through this, the company has accumulated technology for connecting data in many forms — specialist terminology, research materials, regulations — and for exploring and analyzing information based on the relationships and context between them. These capabilities are being validated in real working environments through projects for public institutions where reliability is essential, including the Korea Cosmetic Industry Institute, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and the Korea Institute of Aviation Safety Technology.
crissit's Agentic AI platform, ‘Prixm AI’, connects diverse information — text, tables, images and structured data — into a single knowledge system. It helps users explore the information they need based on the relationships and context between data, and generate evidence-based answers.
It also provides work automation, with AI carrying out repetitive tasks such as information retrieval and analysis. The company plans to develop it further into an AI collaborative knowledge platform that systematically accumulates and connects an organization's working knowledge so that members can share and use it.
Building on the domain expertise and AI capabilities it has accumulated in chemistry, biology and chemical safety, crissit plans to widen the scope of Prixm AI across more industries and tasks. The company intends to take its specialist-industry AI capabilities — spanning the AI collaborative knowledge platform and AI work automation — into global markets.
