Crissit Inc. (CEO Jongjin Park) and the Chemical Big Data AI Research Center, part of the Urban Science Big Data and AI Institute at the University of Seoul, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on mutual cooperation on November 20, 2025. Crissit's CEO, the director of the center and other key representatives attended the signing.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will work together to train specialists in AI, software development and chemical safety management. They will share resources for training AI models and continue to pursue joint R&D in fields such as AI and environmental toxicology, sharing the results along the way.
Chemical safety management calls for vast amounts of data and expert knowledge, and attracting talent and building technical capability remain ongoing challenges. Through this agreement, the two organizations aim to strengthen their AI-based research and contribute to research on chemical safety and environmental toxicology.
