Crissit Inc. (CEO Jongjin Park) and ChemBAi Inc. signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on mutual cooperation on November 20, 2025. The signing was attended by the chief executives of both companies and other key representatives.
Under the agreement, the two companies will work together to develop a platform for predicting the toxicity of chemicals. They will share big data for training AI models and jointly develop specialists in AI, platform development and computational toxicology. They will also continue to pursue joint R&D and share the results.
Computational toxicology depends heavily on manual work by specialists, because toxicity data and regulatory standards for each chemical are updated all the time. The two companies aim to advance toxicity prediction with AI and contribute to chemical safety assessment and the industry as a whole.
