Crissit Inc. (CEO Jongjin Park) and itGOOD Inc. signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on September 4, 2026, to jointly develop digital services that combine CMS and AI technology. Key representatives of both companies attended the signing.
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly develop and supply specialized digital services that combine a content management system (CMS) with AI technology. itGOOD brings its experience building and running CMS platforms for public institutions, along with its client network, while Crissit contributes AI technology built on its own reasoning models and its ability to develop specialized services.
The companies will work together on joint R&D, marketing and client projects, and will share the status and progress of their cooperation through a joint council.
