Crissit Inc. (CEO Jongjin Park) and K&A Inc. signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on mutual cooperation on May 11, 2026, at K&A's headquarters. The signing was attended by the chief executives of both companies and other key representatives.
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly research the automation of regulatory compliance work in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and chemical products.
They will develop technology that automates regulatory compliance processes based on deep domain knowledge in each field, and combine their know-how and technical strengths to find and carry out new business. They will also continue to pursue joint R&D and share the results.
Regulatory compliance depends heavily on manual work by specialists, because ingredient standards for each product and the regulations of each country change frequently.
Through AI-driven research and development, the two companies aim to ease the regulatory review burden on businesses and contribute to specialized research in food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
